Cucumber the Summer-Staple.
Cucumbers contain lots of vitamins and other healthy compounds that gives us a healthy brain and fresh breath and when it comes to detox water, it is the King of them all.
Recipe:
- 1 cucumber – peeled/ unpeeled (according to your preference).
- Dice into 1/2 inch slices
- In a jug add water , cucumber slices and ice (optional).
- Allow it to infuse for atleast an hour.
Enjoy your fresh drink. (Cucumber’s can be eaten or reused till the taste changes within 12 – 18 hours.)
In case you don’t want to use pitcher we can use INFUSE WATER BOTTLE which has separate chamber for fruits to infuse.
